Based on the description and the coil count I was expecting the mattress to be more firm than it is. But overall it's a good mattress. It's certainly not soft. Our son has been sleeping on it for the past 4 months and he seems to sleep well. I did notice that there was an indentation where his head always laid, but we switched sides and the indentation seemed to go away, so that seems to be a non-issue. The waterproof material is nice, but it makes the sheets slide, so we put a waterproof mattress pad under the fitted sheet.

I was looking for a firm mattress with good construction and a reasonable price. Honestly, i was looking for something a little firmer but its by no means flimsy. I will keep it, i think it will do just fine. Baby is still on the way, we'll see how she likes it.

This mattress is wonderful. Safe and firm and fits perfectly into our Graco Sarah 4 in 1 crib. Our baby sleeps in her crib every night. My husband and I were so impressed by the quality that we wish we could sleep in her crib...her mattress is better than ours!

This mattress retails for around $129. Why buy at a store, when Amazon.com charges much less for the same exact product and will deliver to your door for free? No need to go to the store and figure out how to get this admittedly awkwardly-sized object to your home!

We had a cheaper mattress from a major local chain and when we got a better crib we knew we needed a better mattress. This mattress is fabulous. The edges are super sturdy, even when she is standing on it it doesn't fall inwards. It is easy to clean and comfortable yet firm. We have used it from 12 months-2 years old and are still going strong. It was definitely worth the investment.

I like this mattress. It has done well for us. Our baby girl was sleeping in bed with us and I was afraid that she wouldn't like the switch to her own bed but she did better that I could've imagined and I feel that it had a little to do with the quality of this mattress, that is was similar to our bed and helped the transfer go well.

While in the process of setting up the crib for our first child, we have window-shopped extensively for a decent mattress. Needless to say, our search ended with this one. Our requirements were simple - The mattress should feel comfortable and should be very nicely made. An average quality product won't do for your bundle of joy :)The Sealy mattress fit perfectly in the crib that we purchased from some other vendor. The mattress is water proof and feels smooth and soft on touch. The sheet from the bedding set covers the mattress nicely. The mattress has side pockets to release air from the pressure of some weight being put on it. This is important as the mattress seam stays intact after constant use and will prolong the life of the product.While looking, we saw some mattresses priced over $300 and for no apparent quality difference. This mattress is very decently priced and surpasses our rigid expecations.Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the mattress. Highly recommended!

Have been using the mattress for just over a month now, seems to be holding up just fine. It is nice and firm, very supportive, had no trouble transitioning from bassinet to crib (not sure if that is entirely due to the good mattress, but it had to be part of it!)

I got it for my four month old baby who grew out of his basinet. He loves to sleep with his arms and legs spread out so the crib was perfect except we needed a good firm mattress. And the Sealy was just that.

We had purchased this for our 6 month old daughter since we were bumping her 2 year old sister to a toddler bed and wanted the baby to have a new mattress that hadn't been defiled a million ways to go in her hand me down crib (yes I realize that she will inevitably do unspeakable things to this mattress, but at least the thought counts). Our previous crib mattress was a Sealy and it was perfect. However, this one is REALLY soft, especially when compared to the 2 year old Sealy. It is so soft that our daughter sinks into it. We decided to just toss the new one in the toddler bed and will have to let the baby have the old mattress because this one just won't cut it.

After very consideration of reasonably priced crib mattresses, we chose this one. It arrived very quickly with excellent packaging. It seems very firm and the cover seems to be excellent for protection.
